"Do I fit?"
"How about this way?"

"Peek-a-boo!"
There's never a dull moment with this kid!!

There are so many things that Jacob does these days that make Paul and I laugh. And with each day that goes by, the list gets longer. Here are a few that I can think of off the top of my head...
Jacob celebrated his 2nd birthday this last weekend with a small party at home with our family. It was themed "Go Diego, Go" because he adores Diego. Every morning we let Jacob choose one show to watch and 9 times out of 10 he chooses Diego. Jacob's favorite thing to do at his party was bouncing in the bounce house. He only came out to get right back in. Oh, and for "CAKE" which he couldn't stop saying once he saw the cupcakes. About a month ago I thought it would be a good idea to practice blowing out a candle so he'd be ready on his birthday. Well, the first couple times practicing, he basically just spit on the flame. That's when I decided cupcakes would be best for his birthday :) But by the time his bday came, he was a pro at blowing out a candle! We had a fun day celebrating with our family. I cannot b
elieve he's already two. It's absolutely amazing how time flies by. Happy Birthday Jacob. We love you and look forward to another amazing year watching you grow and learn. We are blessed to be able to love on you every day.
Jacob has come a long way since he started swim lessons at 13 months old. It used to be that we'd be driving to his lesson and we'd turn on Katella and he'd start crying because he knew where we were going. Then, he would continue to cry, well, lets be honest, scream, the entire lesson. Then he got to the point where he'd just suck his thumb the whole time (even while floating on his back. :) But now, he absolutely loves his lesson as well as his teacher, "Mrs. Nett" as Jacob calls her. It's fun to tell him in the morning that we get to go to swim today because all morning he says, "swim, swim". He is becoming a little fish in the water and he's only going to get better from here on out. Enjoy the video!
